Sales Representative Tiles

To expand our team in Koblenz, we are looking for a Sales Representative Tiles (m/f/d). You are always close to our customers and ensure with your expertise and open manner that they always feel well taken care of with us.

You support our customers from inquiry to order confirmation. You handle both quote preparation and customer data entry in the IT system. Expert purchasing advice is part of your responsibilities as well as constructive negotiation with suppliers. You process complaints in a service- and solution-oriented manner. You use your organizational skills to reliably coordinate delivery dates with our fleet and customers.

You have completed commercial training, for example as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d), or in the construction industry, such as a tiler (m/f/d). You are familiar with merchandise management systems and MS Office as well as with the products and current topics in the construction industry. A confident demeanor, enjoyment of communication, and a sense for customer needs are second nature to you. At the same time, you like working in a team, think ahead, are resilient, and put your heart into it.
