Sales Representative Building Services

For over 130 years we have been offering a wide range of products for the trades in the areas of building, living, renovation, refurbishment and modernization. People are always at the center of our work: customers, suppliers and employees. To expand our team in Mainz we are looking for a Sales Representative Building Services (m/f/d). You work closely with our customers and ensure with your expertise and open manner that they always feel well looked after.

Customer service & inside sales: guiding customers from initial inquiry through technical advice to order confirmation. Quotation preparation & data maintenance: creating tailored quotes and maintaining master and customer data in the ERP system. Purchasing & supplier negotiation: conducting constructive talks with suppliers. Complaint management: handling complaints in a customer- and solution-oriented manner. Logistics & appointment coordination: aligning delivery dates with the fleet and customers.

Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. wholesale and foreign trade merchant / wholesale merchant) or a technical qualification in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning sector (e.g. plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology / SHK fitter). Sound knowledge of merchandise management systems (ERP) and the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good industry knowledge and product expertise in sanitary and heating technology. Confident demeanor, enjoyment of communication and a feel for customer needs are a matter of course. You also like working in a team, think ahead, are resilient and committed.
