In our Abiturienten programme you complete the apprenticeship as a retail merchant, the further training as a trade management specialist for retail and the qualification as a trainer. Your goal: After three years as a store manager to lead your own team. First you learn everything about fabrics, styles and colours to create a successful shopping experience for our customers as a fashion consultant. In visual merchandising your creativity is needed to showcase our latest styles optimally. For the success of your store you keep an eye on the business development and initiate appropriate measures. Step by step you take on more responsibility for the management and development of your employees. You are never alone – your trainer coaches and accompanies you on the way to becoming a manager.

You have successfully completed your Abitur and hold the certificate by the start of training at the latest. Taking initiative is a matter of course for you; you are communicative, committed and a true team player. Your pronounced fashion sense inspires others; as a sales talent you always put the needs of our customers first. Planning and organisation are among your particular strengths.
