Apprenticeship as a Retail Sales Specialist

In this university-entrance graduate program, you complete an apprenticeship as a retail salesperson, further training as a retail sales specialist and a qualification as a trainer. Your goal is to lead your own team as a store manager after three years.

You will learn about fabrics, styles and colors and advise customers as a fashion consultant. You will present current styles through visual merchandising, monitor the store's business performance, derive suitable measures and gradually take on responsibility for managing and developing employees. Your trainer will support you on your path to becoming a manager.

You have completed your Abitur, are communicative, committed and a team player. You are interested in fashion, put customer needs first, are good at planning and organizing, can inspire and motivate people and are flexible and mobile.
