During practical phases in the branch, you learn our business from the ground up and experience how we ensure a successful shopping experience with quality, freshness, and cleanliness. Whether in merchandise shelving and presentation, disposition, or at the checkout: You pitch in and are fully committed. In addition, we prepare you for employee leadership so that you can soon take over your first shift. For further skill development, you participate in various training sessions and seminars – and also acquire the IHK trainer certificate. Theory phases take place in block instruction at an external educational center (any travel/accommodation costs are covered by Lidl).
