About this Apprenticeship
The 2-year warehouse operator apprenticeship or 3-year warehouse logistics specialist apprenticeship gives you in-depth insight into Lidl’s logistics operations and processes. The apprenticeship starts on August 1 or September 1, depending on the region.
What You'll Learn
- Help receive, store, and prepare goods
- Move goods with powered industrial trucks and pick orders so store deliveries are ready on time
- During the third year, also support organizational tasks and smooth warehouse processes
- Take part in training sessions and apprentice projects
Requirements
- Successfully completed school education
- Interest in the dynamic world of retail and its exciting logistics challenges
- Drive and an engaged approach to work
- Team spirit and enjoyment of achieving things together
- Reliability and flexibility with working hours, including occasional Saturdays
