Controller

Koenig & Bauer Banknote Solutions (DE) GmbH is looking for a controller for its Controlling department in Würzburg as soon as possible.

• Reporting & closings: Helping prepare monthly, quarterly and annual closings and independently preparing ad-hoc reports and business analyses
• Planning & control: Reliable support in budget planning, forecasts and reporting
• Cost & performance accounting: Carrying out activities and analyses in cost and performance accounting to create lasting transparency
• Process optimization & digitalization: Continuous development, standardization and automation of existing controlling processes, tools and visualizations
• Project work: Committed participation and support in special projects

• Qualification: Successfully completed university degree in a business field (e.g. business administration, industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification with a solid focus on controlling
• Professional experience: Several years of practical experience in operational controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company
• IT & system skills: Skilled use of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and excellent user skills in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) and Microsoft Excel
• Working style & personality: Strong analytical thinking and affinity for numbers, combined with drive, reliability, strong teamwork and communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Language skills: Very good German and English, spoken and written
