At Koenig & Bauer AG at the Radebeul site, we offer apprenticeships for industrial management assistants (all genders). Apprenticeship During your 3-year apprenticeship as an industrial management assistant (m/f/d), you will complete rotations in the specialist departments of the business areas of materials management, production management, human resources management, sales management, and financial management. This gives you a comprehensive insight into the business and administrative structures of a mechanical engineering company. Our training goal is to prepare you for future deployment in one of our commercial departments.

• Get to know the operational organization and functional relationships
• Participate in materials procurement and storage
• Overview of production processes and products
• Prepare payroll accounting and process personnel documents
• Get to know sales promotion measures
• Process orders and handle them according to instructions
• Participate in cost and performance accounting
• Process documents in payment transactions and bookkeeping

• If you enjoy commercial tasks, like to work independently and responsibly, are curious about other countries, and want to improve your language skills, then the apprenticeship in our company offers you attractive prospects. A good secondary school diploma is required for your application. Applicants with a general or subject-specific university entrance qualification are also welcome. A business profile is an advantage but not a requirement.
