About this Apprenticeship
As a working student (m/f/d) in the Operations area, you will support us with diverse tasks related to production, materials management, logistics, and process optimization. In doing so, you will gain valuable insights into the operational processes of an internationally active company and can actively contribute your ideas.
What You'll Learn
- Analysis and optimization of processes
- Participation in the further development of our shopfloor management (KPIs, visualization, 5S)
- Creation and maintenance of reports, presentations, and dashboards
- Conducting data analyses and deriving improvement measures
- Support in cross-departmental projects and their documentation
Requirements
- Enrolled in a technical or business-related degree program, e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.
- Interest in topics such as production, logistics, procurement, lean management, and process optimization
- Structured and independent way of working as well as quick comprehension
- Confident handling of MS Excel and PowerPoint, first experience with Power BI, SAC, or comparable tools an advantage
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Teamwork, reliability, and enjoyment of collaborating with various departments
