Apprenticeship as IT Specialist for System Integration

During your apprenticeship at Komm.ONE, you will learn to plan, install, and reliably operate or manage complex IT systems. As a service provider, you advise internal departments and our customers on the use of suitable hardware and software, build systems, network them, and put them into operation. Creating system documentation, training users, and regularly maintaining and adapting systems to new requirements are also part of your daily work. In case of technical faults, you find the cause using modern expert and diagnostic tools and ensure everything runs again. The apprenticeship starts on 1 September 2027 and usually lasts three years. It can be shortened to two and a half years upon request for early admission to the final exam, provided the relevant requirements are met.

At least a secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss). At least good German skills (language level B2). Good mathematics skills. Interest in IT topics, data processing, or experience and enjoyment in working with computers and software. Enjoyment of teamwork and strong communication skills. Independence and commitment. Reliability and sense of responsibility. Willingness to be mobile, as some apprenticeship sections may take place at our other locations.

Attractive apprenticeship remuneration according to TVAöD: 1st year: 1,368 Euro; 2nd year: 1,418 Euro; 3rd year: 1,464 Euro. Five days off to prepare for the final exam, plus learning material allowance (50 Euro per year) and travel cost subsidy (25 Euro per month).
