About this Apprenticeship
As a daily life companion or care assistant at Korian you help older people live independently at home for a long time.
What You'll Learn
- Promoting our clients' existing abilities and independence in organizing daily life
- Activating and motivating our clients by engaging with them, supporting them in daily life, helping shape their leisure time and keeping them company
- Helping create life biographies and planning and carrying out household tasks
- Consulting with the primary care nurse about clients' condition
- Exchange with relatives and people close to the clients
Requirements
- Qualification as a care assistant under § 45b SGB XI
- Confident and reliable manner
- Enjoyment of working with older people and people in need of care
- Communication talent, reliability and commitment
