About this Apprenticeship
Three-year nursing apprenticeship with Korian in Essen, with dedicated practical training support. Career changers are also welcome.
What You'll Learn
- Work in our modern care facilities
- Complete placements according to the training plan with the partner school
- Learn about different areas of care
- Help ensure residents are satisfied with their lives
- Help put the care approach and care standards into practice
- Help organise cultural and leisure activities that meet residents' needs
Requirements
- Completed intermediate secondary school qualification and/or, ideally, completed one-year nursing assistant training
- Experience in care is desirable
- Interest in providing care that meets all residents' needs
- Strong teamwork skills, high motivation and commitment
- Flexibility, reliability and enjoyment of communicating with others
