About this Apprenticeship
One or two year nursing assistant apprenticeship with Korian in Essen. You will support a professional care team and put what you learn into practice. Career changers are also welcome.
What You'll Learn
- Work in our modern care facilities
- Support qualified nurses with the care and support of our residents and clients
- Help ensure our residents and clients are happy with their lives
- Get to know the different areas of care work
- Help put our care approach, care standards and digital care records into practice
- Help organise cultural and leisure activities that meet people's needs
- After completing training, take on clinical care tasks and shift coordination duties
Requirements
- Completed lower secondary school qualification
- Enjoy providing care that meets all the needs of our residents and clients
- Strong teamwork skills, high motivation and the ability to cope under pressure
- Empathy, reliability and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends and nights
