About this Apprenticeship
Korian is the largest nursing trainer in Germany and guarantees very good training with dedicated practical supervision. Career changers are welcome. The training lasts one to two years.
What You'll Learn
- Working in our modern care facilities
- Supporting nursing professionals in the care and support of our residents and clients
- Ensuring the life satisfaction of our residents and clients
- Getting to know the different areas of work in nursing
- Helping implement the care concept, care standards and digital care documentation
- Support in organizing needs-based cultural and leisure activities
- After completing training, taking over medical treatment care and shift coordination tasks
Requirements
- Successful lower secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss)
- Enjoyment of providing holistic care for our residents and clients
- Strong teamwork skills as well as high motivation and resilience
- Empathy, reliability and communication skills
- Willingness to also work on weekends and at night
