What You'll Learn
- Carrying out individual and activating care for our residents
- Implementation of care documentation and planning
- Ensuring and enforcing hygiene standards
- Conducting hygiene-specific training
- Conceptualization and further development of hygiene standards
- Compliance with quality assurance measures
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in geriatric or health and nursing care
- Further training as a hygiene officer (f/m/d) in care facilities required
- Sound professional experience in the healthcare sector
- Enjoyment of working with elderly and care-dependent people
- Sound knowledge of the Infection Protection Act and accident prevention regulations
- Empathy and sense of responsibility
