About this Apprenticeship

What You'll Learn
- Providing individual and activating care for our residents
- Implementing care documentation and planning
- Responsibility for dispensing medication
- Close contact with residents, relatives and doctors
- Complying with quality assurance measures
- Helping to guide and support care assistants, trainees and interns
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in geriatric care or general health and nursing care
- Additional qualification as a palliative care specialist (f/m/d)
- Enjoyment of working with elderly people and people in need of care
- Empathy and a sense of responsibility
