What You'll Learn
- Providing individual care for our mentally ill clients of all age groups
- Support with daily living management
- Implementation of care documentation and planning
- Responsibility for medication dispensing
- Close contact with clients, relatives and doctors
- Compliance with quality assurance measures
- Participation in professional guidance and support of nursing assistants, trainees and interns
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in geriatric or health and nursing care
- Additional qualification as specialist (m/f/d) psychiatric nursing
- Confidence in working with mentally ill and care-dependent people
- Empathy and sense of responsibility
