About this Apprenticeship
At Korian, employees care for people in need of care at the highest level. For the Jüterbog location, a quality officer in nursing care is sought who is mainly responsible for internal processes and internal quality assurance.
What You'll Learn
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Carrying out quality assurance measures as part of our quality management
- Close exchange with the facility management and Total Quality Management
- Helping ensure high care quality in compliance with legal requirements
- Helping shape the care and support process
- Applying current nursing and scientific findings in daily work
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in elderly care or health and nursing care
- Training as a quality officer (f/m/d) required
- Professional and leadership experience in a similar position
- Enjoyment of working with elderly people and people in need of care
- Communication talent, reliability and dedication
