About this Apprenticeship
Korian is seeking a social educator for its COMO facility in Wolfhagen, opening in 2026. The facility will support 36 residents with mental health conditions and care needs. The role supports residents and the team in everyday life.
What You'll Learn
- Develop and deliver support activities and measures for residents with mental health, movement and cognitive impairments
- Work closely with residential unit and nursing service managers to develop individual or group activities that support an active life and high quality of life
- Participate in the quality improvement team
- Help improve residents' quality of life
Requirements
- Completed degree in social education
- Some professional experience in nursing or psychiatric care is desirable
- Enjoy working with people who need care
- Empathy and a sense of responsibility
