• Dealing with mentally ill people and their various clinical pictures
• Guiding our residents through their daily lives
• Through responsible and appreciative interaction, you gain the necessary trust of residents and team colleagues
• Thanks to your personal commitment, you enrich the life of our community and are part of something very big
• Besides routine tasks such as medication dispensing, nursing activities, and digital documentation, contact with relatives, doctors, and colleagues provides variety
• Due to the qualitative standards you set for yourself, you will excellently guide assistants, trainees, and interns both professionally and personally
• As an expert (f/m/d) in your field, you have the opportunity to contribute creatively to daily life design

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist (f/m/d), alternatively another completed vocational training in geriatric or health and nursing care
• A high degree of empathy, respectful interaction, and open communication
• Enjoyment of working with mentally disabled and/or mentally ill people of various age groups
