About this Apprenticeship

What You'll Learn
- Work in our modern care facilities
- Support the nursing staff in caring for our residents and clients
- Ensure the life satisfaction of our residents and clients
- Get to know the different areas of nursing work
- Help implement the care concept, care standards and digital care documentation
- Support the organization of needs-based cultural and leisure activities
- After completing training, take on medical nursing and shift coordination tasks
Requirements
- Successful lower secondary school certificate
- Joy in the holistic care of our residents and clients
- Strong teamwork skills as well as high motivation and resilience
- Empathy, reliability and communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends and nights
