Apprenticeship as a Bank Clerk

Apprenticeship involving customer contact in a designated branch area, with insight into wealth management, corporate customers, financing advice, brokerage and various specialist departments. The apprenticeship lasts two and a half years with a university entrance qualification, otherwise three years; vocational school takes place in block sessions in Mölln.

Working directly with customers in a designated branch area; getting to know additional branches; training in wealth management, corporate customers, financing advice and brokerage, as well as various specialist departments; contributing to projects such as application training and induction days for new apprentices.

You enjoy working with people; want to advise and sell; enjoy working in a team; are committed and have many ideas; demonstrate a willingness to perform; adapt well to change; have at least an MSA, a university of applied sciences entrance qualification or Abitur.

Training in your home region; strong practical focus; flexible working hours within a 39-hour week; more than €1,000 gross apprenticeship pay in the first year; €40 per month in capital-forming benefits; 30 days of vacation; good chances of permanent employment; an iPad for the entire apprenticeship including private use; personal trainers; sales training, specialist seminars and exam preparation at the Sparkassen Academy; exam TV for individual learning; secure permanent employment for suitable motivated and capable trainees; financially supported professional development and academic study opportunities.
