Student Assistant IT 1st-Level Support

Support KVWL as a student assistant in our IT & Digital Health division from the earliest possible date with a workload of up to 20 hours per week and a remuneration of 15.43 EUR gross per hour, initially limited to 6 months. Support the IT service desk in 1st-level support as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries. Receive and perform initial analysis of inquiries and fault reports and document them in the ticket system. Provide first solutions and workarounds using knowledge databases and regular support from experienced staff. Forward more complex inquiries to IT specialist teams. Assist in maintaining knowledge databases.

Enrolled full-time student with an affinity for IT (thorough onboarding provided by experienced staff). Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and mobile devices (iOS, Android). Good German language skills and strong communication abilities.
