Area Sales Consultant - Seed/Field Service - Northern Upper Bavaria

As an Area Sales Consultant (m/f/d) for seed at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, you independently look after and develop your customer base in the districts of Dachau, Fürstenfeldbruck, Pfaffenhofen, Freising, Erding and Munich, and actively help shape the sales strategy. The position is to be filled full-time and permanently as part of succession planning.

• You provide well-founded agronomic advice and support for all KWS crops such as sugar beet, maize, rapeseed, cereals and catch crop mixes
• You maintain and expand customer relationships and improve advice and sales on site
• You are the first point of contact for the latest KWS varieties and digital offerings
• You work closely with farmers, agricultural traders and opinion leaders to optimise sales of KWS products
• You organise and supervise demonstration trials and hold lectures and field days in your region

• Passion for agriculture and crop production
• Training or a completed degree in agricultural science or a similar qualification
• Extensive crop production expertise and knowledge of agricultural business management
• First sales experience desirable (ideally in an agricultural setting)
• Confident manner combined with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• High flexibility, a class B driving licence and fluent German are required
