Agricultural Area Consultant Seed/Field Sales - Northern Upper Bavaria

As an area consultant (m/f/d) for seed at KWS in Bavaria, covering the districts of Dachau, Fürstenfeldbruck, Pfaffenhofen, Freising, Erding and München, you independently look after and grow your customer base and help shape the sales strategy. The position is to be filled full-time and permanently as part of succession planning.

• You provide well-founded crop advice and support for all KWS crops such as sugar beet, maize, rapeseed, cereals and cover crop mixes
• You maintain and expand customer relationships and improve advice and on-site sales
• You are the first contact for the latest KWS varieties and digital offerings
• You work closely with farmers, agricultural traders and opinion leaders to optimize sales of KWS products
• You organize and supervise demonstration trials and run presentations and field days in your region

• Passion for agriculture and crop production
• Vocational training or a completed degree in agricultural science or a similar qualification
• Extensive crop production expertise and knowledge of agricultural business management
• First sales experience desirable (ideally in agriculture)
• Confident manner combined with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• High flexibility, a class B driving licence and fluent German are required
