Administrative Services Clerk

Training for administrative work in social services. Social responsibilities include issuing severely disabled persons' passes, paying compensation to victims of violent crimes, supporting social institutions, recognising foreign vocational qualifications for healthcare professions, and protecting children and young people.

• Process applications and cases relating to social matters
• Communicate with citizens, authorities, and institutions
• Support internal organisational matters
• Apply and implement legal regulations and administrative rules
• Participate in consultations, including outside the office

• Good intermediate school-leaving certificate with at least satisfactory grades in mathematics and German, plus good spelling skills
• Teamwork and initiative
