In addition, you support the specialist advisors in holistic consulting. Exciting: Your creativity is in demand. Together with the other Azubis, develop a sales project for your market area and present it to executives. The best part: good projects are actually implemented, such as a project to increase Google ratings in the branches. Helpful: You enjoy sharing your knowledge? Our Azubis go to schools and provide insights into the financial and professional world: from information on current accounts and investments to tips on career orientation or the application process. You also share your experiences from your daily Ausbildung life at Ausbildung fairs or assessment centers, or act as a mentor. Social: Within the framework of our social projects, you can do good. For example, as a helper in the children's play city Stutengarten, as a youth leader, or for a day at one of our projects "Participation is a matter of honor". Participation is voluntary. You will be released from work for the duration, and your salary will, of course, continue as normal.
