Start your career at LBBW: Your trainee program for a future-proof career! As one of Germany's leading banks, we see our future in the hands of new talents – in your hands. Our 18-month trainee program is your springboard into the financial world, where you not only gain deep insights but also actively participate in shaping the banking of the future. With personal responsibility, support from mentors, and an open communication culture, we give you as a high-potential the chance to develop personally and professionally. The Operations Banking & Credit division is the heart of many central banking processes at LBBW – nationally and internationally. We ensure that payments arrive reliably worldwide, customer data is processed correctly and securely, customers' credit wishes come true, and documentary foreign business – such as letters of credit and collections in international trade – functions smoothly. In addition, we manage LBBW's foreign branches and actively shape our banking processes across borders. The Operations Banking & Credit division offers a very practice-oriented environment in which you experience how modern payment transactions, international transaction business, and efficient back-office processes interact in a major bank – concrete, process-oriented, and always with direct reference to customer business.
What You'll Learn
