Responsibility for the further development and optimisation of Lekkerland's digital products with the aim of sustainably increasing customer benefit, customer satisfaction and economic efficiency. Recording, analysis, structuring and technical conception (user stories) of requirements from the initial idea to a ready-to-implement backlog item. Analysis of customer journeys, customer needs and usage behaviour based on customer feedback, market observations and data analyses, and derivation of optimisation potentials for digital products. Close cooperation with specialist departments and experts to further develop requirements, processes and technical solutions and to ensure sustainable knowledge transfer. Identification and coordination of technical dependencies and control of cross-departmental coordination and prioritisation, especially within the framework of quarterly planning.

Successfully completed business degree or comparable qualification. Strong technical affinity and initial experience in e-commerce or digital product development. Knowledge of requirements engineering and creation of user stories with Jira/Confluence is an advantage. Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and their artefacts such as Daily, Backlog and Sprint Review. Excellent communication and moderation skills in dealing with customers, partners and service providers. Analytical thinking and good process understanding combined with organisational strength, solution orientation and a hands-on mentality.
