Accounts Receivable & Collections Clerk

Support of system customers as well as clarification, coordination and cleaning of debtor accounts including processing of queries regarding accounts, postings and payments. Creation and execution of dunning and payment runs as well as posting of incoming payments. Processing of collection and insolvency proceedings in coordination with internal and external contacts including compilation of required documents and follow-up of cases. Support during monthly and annual financial statements as well as execution of debtor postings for various group companies. Participation in the optimization and digitalization of existing processes in receivables management by contributing own ideas and suggestions for improvement.

Completed commercial apprenticeship and several years of professional experience in accounts receivable accounting. Ideally first experience in handling collection and insolvency cases. Routine use of MS Office and SAP FI as well as interest in digital tools and future-oriented ways of working. Independent, structured way of working with a high sense of responsibility and reliable follow-up on topics. Strong communication skills, team spirit and a solution-oriented mindset combined with openness to change and the desire to actively develop processes further.
