Abitur Graduate Program Sales incl. Retail Business Specialist 2027

Finished your Abitur and looking for responsibility? If you start your career with us, you enter the working world right away and move up the career ladder quickly. In the Abitur graduate program you combine the apprenticeship as a retail clerk (Kaufmann im Einzelhandel) with the further training as a certified retail business specialist (IHK) and also earn the AdA certificate under AEVO. Training starts on 1 August.

• 3 qualifications in 3 years: In our Abitur program you combine the apprenticeship as a retail clerk with the further training as a certified retail business specialist (IHK) and also earn the AdA certificate under AEVO – your goal: to lead your own team as a store manager in the future
• During the practical phases in the store you get to know our business from the ground up and learn how we ensure a great shopping experience with quality, freshness and cleanliness
• Whether stocking and presenting goods, ordering, or working the checkout: you pitch in and give your all
• We also prepare you for leading staff, so that you can soon take over your own shift
• To build your skills further, you take part in various trainings and seminars – and you also earn the IHK trainer certificate
• The theory phases take place in block courses at an external training center (any travel/accommodation costs are covered by Lidl)

• Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (theoretical and practical part completed)
