Abitur Programme Sales incl. Retail Business Specialist 2027

Abitur programme at Lidl: you combine the apprenticeship as retail merchant with the further training as IHK-certified Handelsfachwirt (retail business specialist) and also earn the AdA certificate under AEVO. The goal is to lead your own team as a store manager in future. Training start: 1 August.

• During the practical phases in the store you get to know our business from the ground up and learn how we ensure a successful shopping experience with quality, freshness and cleanliness
• Whether stocking and presenting goods, ordering or cashiering: you pitch in and give it your all
• We also prepare you for staff management so that you can soon take over your first own shift
• To further develop your skills you take part in various trainings and seminars – and you also earn the IHK trainer certificate
• The theory phases take place in block classes at an external education centre (any travel/accommodation costs are covered by Lidl)

• Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (completed theoretical and practical part)
