About this Apprenticeship
For the training start on 01.09.2027, toom is looking for you as a future toomworker at the toom DIY store. Respect, mutual appreciation and support come first. Training as a salesperson takes 2 years, training as a retail clerk takes 3 years. Training takes place within the store's opening hours.
What You'll Learn
- You go through different departments and are the first contact person for our customers
- You give tips, know the goods and always have the right tools and materials ready
- You take responsibility in your own projects and contribute your ideas
- You also keep developing through our apprentice seminars and professional trainings, so you are well prepared for your exam
- Salesperson: You learn everything about customer advice, product presentation, cash register work and the daily running of the store.
- Retail clerk: You also deepen your knowledge of business topics, take responsibility in your own projects and grow into a sales professional.

- At least a lower secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss)
