Abitur Programme Sales incl. Retail Business Specialist 2027

With the Abitur programme you combine the apprenticeship as a retail salesperson with the further training as a certified retail business specialist (IHK) and the AdA certificate. The goal is to lead your own team as a store manager in the future. Practical phases take place in the store, theory phases as block classes at an external training centre.

• 3 qualifications in 3 years: combine the apprenticeship as a retail salesperson with the further training as certified retail business specialist (IHK) and the AdA certificate under AEVO
• Get to know the business from the ground up during practical phases in the store
• Stocking and presenting goods, ordering and working the checkout
• Training in team leadership so you can soon take over your first own shift
• Take part in trainings and seminars and earn the IHK trainer certificate
• Theory phases as block classes at an external training centre (travel/accommodation costs covered by Lidl)

• Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (theoretical and practical parts completed)
