Abitur Program Sales incl. Retail Business Manager 2027

With the Abitur program you combine the apprenticeship as retail clerk (Kaufmann im Einzelhandel) with the further training as certified retail business manager (Handelsfachwirt IHK) and also earn the trainer certificate (AdA-Schein) under AEVO. Three qualifications in 3 years, with the goal of leading your own team as a store manager in the future. Training starts on 1 August.

• During the practical phases in the store you get to know the business from the ground up and learn how quality, freshness and cleanliness create a good shopping experience
• Stocking and presenting goods, ordering and checkout work
• Learn team leadership so you can soon take over your own shift
• Take part in various trainings and seminars and earn the IHK trainer certificate
• The theory phases take place in block classes at an external training center (any travel or accommodation costs are covered by Lidl)

• Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (completed theoretical and practical part)
