Graduate Program Sales incl. Retail Management Specialist 2027

In the Abitur graduate program you combine the training as a retail merchant with the further qualification as a certified IHK retail management specialist and also earn the AdA certificate. Your goal: to lead your own team as a store manager. Training starts on 1 August. Full-time.

• 3 qualifications in 3 years: you combine the training as a retail merchant with the further qualification as a certified IHK retail management specialist and also earn the AdA certificate under AEVO. Your goal: to lead your own team as a store manager
• During the practical phases in the store you get to know our business from the ground up and learn how we ensure a great shopping experience through quality, freshness and cleanliness
• Whether stocking and presenting goods, ordering or working the checkout: you pitch in and give your all
• We also prepare you for staff management so you can soon take over your first own shift
• To build your skills further you attend various trainings and seminars and also earn the IHK trainer certificate
• The theory phases take place in block courses at an external training center (any travel and accommodation costs are covered by Lidl)

• Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (theoretical and practical part completed)
