Graduate Program Sales incl. Retail Business Specialist 2027

Finished school and looking for responsibility? In the Abitur program you combine the apprenticeship as Retail Merchant with the further training Certified Retail Business Specialist (IHK) and the AdA certificate under AEVO. The goal is to lead your own team as a store manager. Training starts on 1 August.

• 3 qualifications in 3 years: In our Abitur program you combine the apprenticeship as Retail Merchant with the further training Certified Retail Business Specialist (IHK) and also earn the AdA certificate under AEVO. Your goal: to lead your own team as a store manager
• During the practical phases in the store you get to know our business from the ground up and learn how we ensure a great shopping experience with quality, freshness and cleanliness
• Whether stocking and presenting goods, ordering or working the checkout: you pitch in with full commitment
• We also prepare you in staff leadership so you can soon run your own shift
• To build your skills further you attend various trainings and seminars and also earn the IHK trainer certificate
• The theory phases take place in block classes at an external training center (any travel and accommodation costs are covered by Lidl)

• Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (theoretical and practical part completed)
