About this Apprenticeship
With the Abitur program you combine the apprenticeship "Retail Salesperson" with the further training "Certified Retail Business Manager (IHK)" and also earn the "AdA certificate". Your goal: to lead your own team as a store manager. Training starts on 1 August.
What You'll Learn
- 3 qualifications in 3 years: apprenticeship "Retail Salesperson", further training "Certified Retail Business Manager (IHK)" and "AdA certificate" under AEVO
- During practical phases in the store you get to know the business from the ground up and learn how we ensure quality, freshness and cleanliness
- Stocking and presenting goods, ordering and working the checkout
- Training in team leadership so you can soon take over your own shift
- Attending trainings and seminars and earning the IHK trainer certificate
- Theory phases in block classes at an external training center (Lidl covers travel/accommodation costs)
Requirements
- Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (theoretical and practical part completed)
- Committed way of working and enthusiasm for the dynamic world of retail
- Enthusiasm, determination and a strong sense of responsibility
- Team spirit and enjoyment in achieving things together with others
- Reliability and flexibility in time within your store's opening hours
