Sales Trainee Program Including Retail Specialist Qualification 2027

A sales trainee program leading to three qualifications in three years: retail salesperson training, the IHK-certified retail specialist qualification, and the AdA instructor certificate. The goal is to lead your own store or team in the future.

• Mit unserem Abiturientenprogramm kombinierst du die Ausbildung „Kaufmann im Einzelhandel“ mit der Fortbildung „Geprüfter Handelsfachwirt IHK“ und erlangst zusätzlich den „AdA-Schein“ gemäß AEVO.
• Während der Praxisphasen in der Filiale lernst du unser Geschäft von der Pike auf kennen und erfährst, wie wir mit Qualität, Frische und Sauberkeit für ein gelungenes Einkaufserlebnis sorgen.
• Bei der Warenverräumung und -präsentation, der Disposition und beim Kassieren packst du an.
• Du wirst in Mitarbeiterführung geschult und übernimmst bald deine erste eigene Schicht.
• Du nimmst an verschiedenen Schulungen und Seminaren teil und erwirbst den IHK-Ausbilderschein.
• Die Theoriephasen finden im Blockunterricht an einem externen Bildungszentrum statt.
