Retail Salesperson / Retail Management Assistant Apprenticeship 2027

Full-time apprenticeship at a Lidl store in Altensteig. Choose between a two-year apprenticeship as a retail salesperson or a three-year apprenticeship as a retail management assistant. Pay is €1,250–€1,350 per month for retail salespersons or €1,250–€1,500 per month for retail management assistants, depending on the training year.

Learn the essentials of retail and help provide quality, freshness, cleanliness and a positive shopping experience; stock and present goods, bake and operate the checkout; check incoming goods, support inventory work and advise customers; in the third training year, create staff schedules and lead an own shift; take part in training sessions and trainee projects.
