Three qualifications in three years: The program combines the apprenticeship as a retail salesperson with the advanced training as a certified retail management specialist (IHK) and additionally the trainer aptitude certificate (AdA) according to AEVO – your goal: to lead your own team as a future branch manager. During practical phases in the branch, you learn our business from the ground up and experience how we ensure a successful shopping experience with quality, freshness, and cleanliness. Whether stocking and presenting goods, scheduling, or cashiering: you pitch in with full commitment. We also prepare you for staff leadership so you can soon take over your first shift. For further skill development, you attend various trainings and seminars – and also acquire the IHK trainer certificate. Theory phases take place in block instruction at an external education center (any travel/accommodation costs are covered by Lidl).

Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (completed theoretical and practical parts). Committed work style and enthusiasm for the dynamic world of retail.
