Abitur Program Sales incl. Retail Business Manager

With the Abitur program you combine the training as a retail merchant with the further qualification "Certified Retail Business Manager (IHK)" and also earn the AdA certificate under AEVO. Goal: to lead your own team as a store manager. Training starts on 1 August. Starting salary is for full-time.

• 3 qualifications in 3 years: combining the training as a retail merchant with the Certified Retail Business Manager (IHK) and the AdA certificate under AEVO
• During practical phases in the store, learn the business from the ground up
• Stocking and presenting goods, ordering and cashier work
• Learn team leadership so you can soon run your own shift
• Take part in training and seminars and earn the IHK trainer certificate
• Theory phases as block classes at an external training center (Lidl covers travel and accommodation costs)

• Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (completed theoretical and practical part)
