• 3 qualifications in 3 years: With our high school graduate program you combine the apprenticeship 'Retail Salesperson' with the advanced training 'Certified Retail Specialist IHK' and additionally obtain the 'AdA Certificate' according to AEVO – your goal: to lead your own team as a store manager in the future
• During practical phases in the store you learn our business from the ground up and experience how we ensure a successful shopping experience with quality, freshness, and cleanliness
• Whether stocking and presenting goods, scheduling, or cashiering: You pitch in and are fully committed
• We also train you in employee leadership so that you can soon take over your first shift
• For further skill development you participate in various trainings and seminars – and also acquire the IHK trainer certificate
• Theory phases take place in block instruction at an external education center (any travel/accommodation costs are covered by Lidl)

• High school diploma or technical college entrance qualification (completed theoretical and practical part)
