Apprenticeship Retail Salesperson / Sales Assistant 2027

Apprenticeship at the Lidl store in Eriskirch, either as a 2-year apprenticeship as a sales assistant or a 3-year apprenticeship as a retail salesperson. Training starts on 1 August or 1 September, depending on the region. You are supported by experienced trainers and a personal mentor.

• Learn what matters in retail and how Lidl stores ensure a great shopping experience through quality, freshness and cleanliness
• Stocking and presenting goods, baking and working the checkout
• Checking incoming goods, helping with inventory work and advising customers
• In the third year as a retail salesperson: create staff schedules and lead your first own shift
• Take part in training and apprentice projects
