About this Apprenticeship
Anyone who starts their career with us is right in the middle of things from the start. The apprenticeship is possible either as a 2-year training as sales assistant (m/f/d) or a 3-year training as retail salesperson (m/f/d). Training start: 1 August or 1 September (depending on region).
What You'll Learn
- Learn what matters in retail and how Lidl stores ensure a great shopping experience with quality, freshness and cleanliness
- Stock shelves and present goods, bake and work the checkout
- Check incoming goods, help with inventory and advise customers
- In the third year as retail salesperson: create staff schedules and lead your first own shift
- Take part in training and apprentice projects
Requirements
- Successful school-leaving qualification
- Interest in the dynamic world of retail
- Drive and a committed way of working
- Team spirit, friendliness and enjoyment of working with people
- Reliability and time flexibility within the opening hours of your store
