Apprenticeship Retail Salesperson / Sales Assistant 2027

Apprenticeship at Lidl in Friedrichshafen, either as a 2-year training as Sales Assistant (m/f/d) or a 3-year training as Retail Merchant (m/f/d). You learn what matters in retail and how Lidl stores ensure quality, freshness and cleanliness for a great shopping experience. Training start: 1 August or 1 September (depending on region). Pay: €1,250 - €1,350/month (Sales Assistant) or €1,250 - €1,500/month (Retail Merchant), for full-time and depending on training year.

• In your training you learn what matters in retail and how we ensure quality, freshness and cleanliness in our Lidl stores for a great shopping experience - possible either as a 2-year training as Sales Assistant (m/f/d) or a 3-year training as Retail Merchant (m/f/d)
• Whether stocking and presenting goods, baking or working the checkout: you get stuck in and give it your all
• You check incoming goods, help with stocktaking and assist our customers with advice and support
• If you choose the third training year as Retail Merchant (m/f/d), you learn how to create staff schedules and lead your first own shift
• To further build your skills you take part in training and exciting apprentice projects
