Apprenticeship Retail Salesperson / Sales Assistant 2027

Anyone starting their career with us is right in the middle of things from day one. We want you to take responsibility and, as part of the team, not only learn new things but also contribute new ideas. Training is either a 2-year apprenticeship as a sales assistant or a 3-year apprenticeship as a retail salesperson at the Groß-Gerau store. Start: 1 August or 1 September (depending on region).

• In your training you learn what matters in retail and how we ensure a great shopping experience in our Lidl stores through quality, freshness and cleanliness - either in a 2-year apprenticeship as a sales assistant (m/f/d) or a 3-year apprenticeship as a retail salesperson (m/f/d)
• Whether stocking and presenting goods, baking or working the checkout: you pitch in and give your all
• You check incoming goods, help with stocktaking and assist customers with advice and support
• If you choose the third year as a retail salesperson (m/f/d), you learn how to create staffing schedules and lead your first own shift
• To develop your skills further, you take part in training sessions and exciting apprentice projects
