During your apprenticeship you will learn what matters in retail and how we ensure a great shopping experience in our Lidl stores with quality, freshness, and cleanliness – either in a 2-year apprenticeship as a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) or a 3-year apprenticeship as a Retail Salesperson (m/f/d); Whether stocking and presenting goods, baking, or operating the checkout: you get stuck in with full commitment; You check incoming goods, assist with inventory, and advise customers; If you opt for the third year as a Retail Salesperson (m/f/d), you will learn to create staff schedules and run your first shift; To further develop your skills, you will attend training sessions and exciting apprentice projects.
