In theory phases you study at a Dual University/Professional Academy (Berlin, Gera, Heidenheim, Heilbronn, Lörrach, Mannheim, or Ravensburg) and learn retail focus topics such as retail marketing, finance, or human resources. During practical phases in various stores you learn our business and all important processes from the ground up – from merchandise shelving/presentation through disposition to ensuring quality, freshness, and cleanliness. Also in focus: employee leadership, KPI analysis, and implementation of our store concepts.
