• During your three-year dual study program, you will alternate between in-depth theory and practical experience, preparing ideally for a responsible position in one of our logistics centers
• During the theory phases, you will study at the Heilbronn University of Cooperative Education and learn about key retail topics such as trade marketing, finance and human resources
• During the practical phases in the logistics center, you will learn our business from the ground up, become an expert in efficient logistics operations and processes, and quickly take on your own small projects
• You will also focus on employee management, data analysis and implementing our logistics concepts

• Abitur or university of applied sciences entrance qualification, including the completed theoretical and practical parts, with good grades in mathematics, German and, where applicable, economics
• A committed way of working and enthusiasm for the dynamic world of retail with its exciting logistics challenges
• Enthusiasm, determination and a high sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
